Ingredients
3 large carrots, julienned
1 daikon radish, julienned
100 g mixed microgreens
3 tbsp toasted golden sesame seeds
1 bunch of fresh parsley
Sesame Dressing
5 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Arrange the vegetables and sunflower, radish and buckwheat microgreens nicely in a salad bowl or on a serving plate.
Finely chop and pick the parsley leaves, add them to the vegetables and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Prepare the dressing and add it to the salad at the very last minute before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Delicious as a side dish with roast chicken, barbecue dishes or grilled fish.
