Water

Water is one of the most important elements in our growing process.
So, what kind of water do we use to irrigate our microgreens?
At Au-delà du Bio, we simply use tap water — no additives, no treatments — just clean, drinkable water that’s safe for humans, and therefore, for plants too.

At the Heart of Greater Tunis

Our urban farm, where all our microgreens are grown, is located in the heart of Greater Tunis, close to our customers.
We produce our greens using vertical growing modules within a closed, climate-controlled environment (temperature and humidity carefully regulated).

Our seeds are organic, our irrigation water is pure, and our growing trays and substrates are compostable — ensuring a truly sustainable approach from seed to harvest.
