Arugula microgreens consist of one to two tiny leaves attached to a slender stem, typically measuring between 5 and 7 centimeters in length. Their delicate green leaves have a curved heart shape with broad, even edges, and their surface is smooth, supple, and flat.
NUTRIENTS
These microgreens are a true nutritional powerhouse, packed with vitamins (C, A, E, D, K, and B) and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron. They are also an excellent source of antioxidants, amino acids, and dietary fiber.
STORAGE
Arugula microgreens can be stored for up to 7 days. To stop their growth and preserve their freshness, keep them in the refrigerator — ideally in the fruit and vegetable compartment (the least cold area, around 7°C).
